I realize I forgot this page. I got an overtime job on a TV show and didn't have time to keep up with this page. Here is a quick update for the last two years.

Summer 2006, Van Nuys Air Fest, Newport Harbor and the closing of the Fun Zone, a beach in Ventura, Oak Glen, an apple growing region in Southern California, local Los Angeles including a return to Hollywood.

Winter and Spring 2006, I've made photo trips to DeathValley and surrounding area including Nevada. We made a second trip to western Nevada and eastern California including mountains, lakes, deserts, and many old and historic buildings. A trip to San Diego and many photos from the Los Angeles area. I made several missions trips.

In 2005, I made several photo trips in mostly California and southwest Arizona. So many I'm still processing them all. Highlights include Yuma, Arizona, and in California, Imperial County, Inyo County and Death Valley, the Great Central Valley of California with agriculture photos, Gold Country, and Sacramento. The California Central Coast, North of San Franciscoc Bay in the Wine Country, the Mojave Desert, San Diego, and countless photos in and around Los Angeles. These photos include scenery, old and historic buildngs, and other subjects.

In November 2004, we made three day trips to the San Bernardino/Riverside area and drove through the Central Valley to visit Lodi and Angels Camp in the Gold Country. Read more in the 2005 third quarter News Letter.

In December 2004, we made another day trip to the San Bernardino/Riverside area, visited the Los Angeles Arboretum, and Miracle Mile, among other short trips. We drove through the Central Valley to visit Lodi for Christmas. In November and December, I photographed Colonel Allensworth State Historic Park three times, twice just before or after a rain storm, once in heavy fog. Read more in the 2005 third quarter News Letter.

Early News Years Day, I visited Hollywood to avoid the crowds. January and February, 2005, we visited Riverside and San Bernardino Counties as well as Los Angeles and Orange Counties. This includes deserts, a volcano, and panorama views of Los Angeles. Read more in the 2005 third quarter News Letter.

In March, we drove to Yuma, Arizona including shots along the way in Imperial County. We also visited Palm Springs, California Poppy Reserve, Death Valley, and again traveled to Lodi for Easter including Sacramento and the Gold Country. Lastly, we visited the beautiful town of Trona. These materials are being added now.

April we Drove to Lompoc and Mission La Purissima, my favorite mission. The following weekend, we traveled to San Luis Obispo and Hearst Castle (the Hearst Castle material will not be included here). These materials will be added soon.

May we visited San Diego and I traveled again to Allensworth State Historic Park, driving through Carrizzo Plain National Monument on the return. These materials will be added later this summer.

I am now about three months behind with the digital photos, so we are taking the summer slow. Coming are photos of deserts, farms, wild flowers, four missions, and more. I have several thousand digital images to review and haven't looked at many rolls of slides yet.
